EduSpark IT follows a strict no-refund policy for all courses. Once a student is enrolled, the course fees are considered non-refundable. Learners who wish to withdraw or change their course must request it at least 48 hours before the batch starts, and course shifting may be permitted based on seat availability and approval from the management.

Refunds are only applicable if EduSpark IT cancels a course or is unable to deliver the promised service. In such cases, any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method.
